Terms & Conditions Fast Email Extractor

Welcome to Fast Email Extractor. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our software, services, website, license keys, and related materials (collectively, the “Service”).
By purchasing, downloading, activating, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase, install, activate, or use the Service.
1. Definitions
Company, we, us, our: Fast Email Extractor.
You, User, Customer: The person or entity who purchases, downloads, activates, or uses the Service.
Service: The Fast Email Extractor software, related documentation, license key, updates, and any online features.
License Key Activation / “Used”: The first successful registration, activation, verification, or redemption of a license key that ties the license to a device, account, or hardware ID.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Service according to the license type you purchased (e.g., Single-User, Multi-User, Enterprise) and any usage limits stated at purchase.
3. Permitted Use
You may:
Install and use the Service for lawful business or personal purposes according to your license type.
Receive minor updates and bug fixes related to the version you purchased.
4. Prohibited Use
You must not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Service.
Copy, rent, lease, distribute, resell, or transfer the Service or license keys except as expressly permitted.
Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or violate any laws or third-party terms.
Circumvent or attempt to bypass license activation or other security features.
5. Account, Registration & License Keys
Some licenses require account creation and activation with a license key. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and license keys confidential.
Provide accurate information during registration.
License keys are tied to the activation method described at purchase (device ID, email, account). Misuse or sharing of keys may result in termination of your license without refund.
6. Payments & Taxes
All fees are due at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our payment processor.
You agree to pay all applicable taxes and charges.
For subscription licenses, you are responsible for cancelling before renewal to avoid future billing.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are allowed ONLY if the license key has not been activated/used.
If the license key has been activated, redeemed, or used in any way, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
To request a refund prior to activation, please contact us at info@fastemailextractor.com
with your order number and license key.
Refunds will be processed only after verifying that the license key has not been activated.
Refunds are not provided for activated, used, or misused keys.
Refunds are also not available in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
In simple terms:
Refund possible before license key activation.
No refund after license key activation.
8. Updates, Upgrades & Support
We may provide updates or patches to improve the Service.
Minor updates are included with your license; major upgrades may require an additional fee.
Support (if included) is provided according to your license plan.
We may discontinue support or updates at our discretion; discontinuation does not entitle you to a refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in the Service remain with Fast Email Extractor.
You acquire only the limited license described in these Terms.
You retain ownership of data you input into the Service.
10. Privacy
Use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.
By using the Service, you consent to data handling as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service within the last 12 months.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fast Email Extractor, its employees, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
Your misuse of the Service,
Your violation of these Terms, or
Your violation of any laws or third-party rights.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
Upon termination, all license rights end immediately.
No refund will be issued if the license key was activated before termination.
15. Export & Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export, import, and data laws related to software use in your region.
16. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Sri Lanka.
18. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining parts will continue in full force.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and purchase confirmation, form the complete agreement between you and Fast Email Extractor.
